1. Are all your products authentic & genuine?
All of our products are completely original, authentic, and legitimate. Each item is obtained from retail outlets, multi-brand stores or websites, distributors, wholesalers, or reputable sources within secondary markets around the world.

2. Are all your products brand new with tags/box/paper bag?
All of our items are completely brand new unless otherwise noted. Please be aware that some products may not include the original plastic bag, hang tags, or price tags, as they are sourced from a variety of networks such as retail stores and distributors. However, you can be confident that they are 100% brand new unless specified otherwise. We do not provide paper bags since we are not a brand retail store.

3. Do you provide a retail receipt?
Since we are not a retailer, we do not always provide retail receipts, except for certain brands like Hermes, LV, and Chanel, which can be provided upon request. This is because all purchases are confidential between our suppliers and us. Additionally, some of our products are acquired under wholesale terms with wholesalers or brands. Nonetheless, you can rest assured that all items are 100% authentic and can be verified by legitimate inspectors, such as brand officials.
