ORDER PROCESSING
- All successful orders will be processed within 1-3 working days after purchase. Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email notification.
- Orders placed via WhatsApp, Instagram, or other platforms may take an additional 1-3 working days to be reflected in your email.
- You may make payment for your order using the various methods available on the site, which may be updated from time to time.
- You warrant and confirm that the credit or debit card details you provide are your own and that you have sufficient funds to complete the payment if applicable.
ORDER ISSUES
- We will contact you via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram as soon as possible if the item is out of stock, requires extra attention, or if the payment has not been authorized. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be deemed cancelled.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, item or service availability, errors in the description or price of the item or service, errors in your order, non-compliance with these Terms, or other reasons.
- If your order is cancelled for any of these reasons and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund, net of any other charges.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information associated with the items. We also reserve the right to update or change the item information at any time without prior notice to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or an illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be responsible or liable for any failure to complete the purchase or any resulting loss or damages to you.
- Please contact us if you are unsure about your order status.
DELIVERY STATUS
- All ready-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- All pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 10-20 working days, depending on customs clearance and other external factors related to the delivery or shipping of the item. Urgent orders are not recommended for pre-order items.
- You must provide a valid and accurate delivery address on the site. Once the item has been shipped, you will not be able to change or amend the delivery address or cancel the order.
- We reserve the right to subcontract all or any part of our delivery obligations to another party at any time without prior notice to you.
DELIVERY FEES
- Delivery fees and times may vary based on the size of the item and the location. Below are the estimated delivery days for receiving your order once it has been shipped.

NOTE:
- The delivery times mentioned above are approximate, and delays may occur without prior notice due to technical issues. In this regard, you agree and acknowledge that time is not of the essence for the performance of item delivery. We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or performance, regardless of the cause.
- International customers are responsible for any additional fees, customs duties, or charges incurred after the item has been shipped. Please inform us in advance if you have any special requests. We will make reasonable efforts to assist and protect our international customers from such fees, but we cannot guarantee that unexpected expenses will not be incurred.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
- You agree and acknowledge that all items purchased are at your own risk. In the event that items are damaged or lost during delivery or shipping, you agree and acknowledge that HYPE SOCIALISM will not be liable for any resulting damages, expenses, or costs.
TRACKING NUMBER / DELIVERY NOTE
- The tracking number for your delivery will be sent to you via email notification or text message (SMS) once your order has been dispatched.
DROP OFF / URGENT SHIPMENTS / SELF-COLLECTION
- To arrange an urgent shipment, self-collection, or drop-off order, please contact us via WhatsApp. Any self-collection made without prior arrangement will not be accommodated.

CHANGES
- We reserve the right to change, update, modify, or amend any part of this Delivery Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the site. These amendments will take effect as of the date of posting.
EXCHANGE
- All purchases of ready-stock items made through us are eligible for exchange within 5 business days of receiving the products. However, purchases of pre-order items are not eligible for exchange unless the error is on our part, such as a mistake in size, color, model, or the authenticity of the product sold.
